Outside Spaces
The addition or remodeling of an outdoor space can really increase the enjoyment and value of a home. Patios, fences, driveways and porches are some of the spaces where I have completed projects. A sample of before and after photos are included below, and I’m always open to discussing new project ideas!
Before
This 1950’s foreclosed home had a large window in the living room that leaked and was unusable. The outside of the home had peeling paint and looked rundown.
After
Painting the outside walls and addition of the trim improved the overall look of the home. In addition, the new front window that opened and the installation of a fence greatly improved the function and aesthetics of the home.
Before
This back porch area was originally used as an outdoor living space. There were multiple sliding doors that no longer opened, broken concrete and glass covered the floor and the windows were inoperable. There was water damage to the space in the walls and floors and weeds began growing inside the structure.
After
The roof of the patio was in good condition and able to be saved, along with three of the corner posts. The addition of a new concrete slab and front beam, after demo and removal of walls, windows and doors, left a usable covered outdoor space inside the fenced backyard.
