General Remodels

Before
A large unusable window, 70’s carpet and a ceiling fan with limited light left this large space feeling outdated and dirty.
After
The addition of can lights, a functioning window, luxury vinyl flooring and paint brightened up the space and created a modern feel.

The large room in the basement had water damage on the floors, walls and ceiling.
After
After removing damaged drywall, I framed in bedrooms, closet and large living room area. The addition of the carpet in the bedrooms brought in warmth, the trim and can lights helped brighten the spaces.

The back section of this basement was unfinished and used for storage.
After
I removed a wall, framed in another wall, added new drywall, flooring and lighting to create a cozy downstairs living room area.
Before
This 1870’s home had a large dining room connected to the kitchen by a narrow entry way. The outdated lighting fixture provided limited lighting, and the lack of crown molding made the room feel unfinished.
After
By removing a large section of the wall between the kitchen and dining room, the flow and function of both rooms was improved. Adding an updated light fixture and crown molding stained to match the existing trim completed the finished look.
